So someone that had no money could not get a prescription filled.
Sad as it may be it is not a Spring Hill issue. It is a homeless issue and they have homeless throughout the country.

No wonder you can't find people to fill your positions if your only getting worthy applicants from Tampa and Orlando.
The average household income in HC is less than 30K, it is a service industry county. It is the land of lawncutters and pool cleaners.
You sound like you need an educated professional staff, no wonder your having a problem filling positions.
Someone finding an $8 an hour job in Spring Hill isn't going to pay the bills. I wouldn't encourage someone going anywhere but especially the SH area with no job lined up.

Retail jobs here are very hard to find right now. JC Penny and the big chains usually want experinced retail clerks. Not people off the street
looking for ANY job. If you are in the medical field there are tons of
jobs. Everything from CNA to RN's and more. Its the people who will take anything that cant find work. Best advice is like the poster said. Have something lined up before venturing anywhere.

I'll be putting my home on the market this fall, I'm hoping that things will be better than. I'm going North and the housing market is doing very well there
I can get a nice newer home for under $200,000 and insurance is around $400 a yr. Taxes are a little more but I can handle that. My daughter is having a heck of a time trying to find a job, any job at all, career central told her to go home and check their site online, she's gone back twice to every store she applied and they told her, not hiring. Most of her friends, also, no jobs.
I would advise anyone wanting to move here to first have a job lined up, it can be rough and discouraging. I wish everyone the best of luck.
