I am looking to move to the Tampa Bay area in a few weeks. I would like to be within 30 minutes of the airport, close to shopping and live in a well manicure safe condo community. Any suggestions?

We r thinking of getting away frm our winters in beautiful Canada n buy a place in your beautiful Tampa Bay area to live over the winter months...our hobbies are driving our motorcyle and playing golf eating in nice restaurants...where do you suggest we look?? Would love to be in a quaint area being near the malls is not a biggy. Love to be near the water but do not want to be in a tourist area. Disney is defenitely not our thing.

Thank you in advance for any help or advice you can give us.....

Seriously? This is 2012, not 1912. Quit thinking that you'll be a target and live your lives. Yes there are bigots around, but there will always be people that don't like others for being different. Any of those three places are fine for all people.

Correct. And 2011 is when this poster asked that question. Me thinks they have found a place by now if they were going to.

hahaha, just joking with you, but this was a very old thread to start with....... cheers
