Unless you work for the guys that build Walgreens and CVS stores, as they've been pretty anal about building one across from the other these past few years.

Try Lennar. They bought 5000 acres in Pasco County and they're not planning to raise cattle.

Cattle would make more of a profit. With all the homes in foreclosure/for sale/abandoned in Pasco and Hernando there is no reason to build anymore.

God forbid leave any land untouched. I have never seen such uncontrolled sprawl like there is here.

Any bets that while they hog concurrency rights from other potential developments, they've got a cow grazing to hold onto their ag zoning & lower taxation as their future housing development sits fallow?

Rockall, you might also inquire with property management companies and landlords. People who bolted from home ownership or otherwise cannot qualify are now having to rent. The rental market is doing better than I expected (but it should have been obvious).
