I just called the one on Van Dyke this morning to find out if you have to return the DVDs rented from the kiosk to the SAME kiosk or if they can be returned anywhere else, and the lady starts talking over me EVEN BEFORE knowing what my question was that they can't help with kiosk there....and finally after hearing my question she gives me an 800 number which turned out to be for Dish Network to call for questions about the kiosk!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT?

So, does anyone HERE know if you're supposed to take them back to the SAME kiosk or not?

Thank you,

You can return them to any Blockbuster Kiosk location.

The reason she gave you the other number is because Blockbuster does not own Blockbuster Express, it is owned by another company. And as mentioned you can take them back anywhere.

Also when going to rent always go on the computer and do a search for Blockbuster Express Promo Codes, you can usually find one or a rent one get one. I think I have paid for one out of my last 10 rentals.

Ohh, I didn't know that, as you can imagine the name kinda makes you think it belongs to them!

Thank you, I will check that out.

I just didn't like that she was ready to ship me off thinking I wanted to return it to them, before knowing what my question was. I am sure others have called a million times.......customer service is customer service.....

I remember in the late 90s when the lines were out the doors, and Blockbuster basically had you by the b**** with all those late fees. Wow, how times have changed.
