Westchase Or Carrollwood Rental (rentals, townhouse, middle school)

We are looking for a rental in the Westchase or Carrollwood areas. Preferably 3-4 BR 2 BA pool home $1400-$1500 per mo. We have a housebroken shihtzu & two cats. We would like to be in by the new school year (Aug 20th). Any help would be appreciated.

I have been working with IrishCheese (from this forum) over the weekend and we have combed the Westchase and Carrollwood area looking for the same thing. In Westchase, the rentals are around $1700 and up. We did find a gated community townhome with a community pool, fitness center, dog park, for $1500 per month in Carrollwood. This is a 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath, 2 car garage, 2 story townhome, however each townhome is it's own independent unit, so you have some space between your neighbors.

Thank you for your response. I will know more after this weekend when we fly down for my husband's interview as to what we will be able to afford. The townhouse sounds good. My understanding is that the Carrollwood schools are very good. We have a middle school and high school student. I appreciate your help.

As far as high schools, I have the 2006-07 high school report that provides the grade level that each school received through out the year based on student testing. Schools are rated as a grade A, B, C, etc... Just let me know if you would like a copy to preview.
