What's your favorite inexpensive hotel in Tampa? (Largo: apartment, renting)

My husband and I will be in Tampa all next week job-hunting and apartment shopping. Please provide names of hotels that you have stayed in or worked for or live by...that is safe, inexpensive and convenient to all of Tampa.

It is going to cost you less to find a condo/house vacation rental. If you PM me - I have the email address for someone in Largo that is renting her condo out for a price that will blow your hair back. I believe she has two condos in Largo. I know one of them is rented from the 20-30th (that's when we'll be in the area and we checked). We ended up finding a house somewhere else though. Could not hurt to try w/ her though on her other rental. Let me know.

Very nice, quiet and good breakfast, but the last time we stayed was over 4 years ago. Average price between 50-80. I read the reviews on Orbitz, but never had problems and stayed 3 times when we visited Tampa and Busch Gardens.
