We have a bakery in Carrollwood/Tampa Florida. We only use it for part of the day and would like to find someone to rent it hourly. We have a full size oven, proofer, mixer, freezer, finishing tables, racks, etc. This is for baking so we don't have a fryer or grill. Email me for pics if you're interested. Default bakery for lease

I am a licensed Real Estate Agent. I have a client that asked me to find him a facility to lease, he and his wife make wonderful NY Cheesecake. I would like to know if you would pay a commission to lease your space for specific hours and for a lease period. Do you own the building?
Please tell me you thoughts on how we could arrange this.
PS what is the hourly rate?
