It's a good area of St Pete, also convenient to Tampa. I would avoid a ground floor apartment as I think the area is prone to flooding during tropical weather events.

Wouldn't that be a problem with your car then too? Floods can ruin a car. What area of St Pete has flooding issues?

I have about five friends that live there. The place is awesome and the amenities are top notch. I actually was at a party in their clubhouse last weekend. Ive also played at a few pool parties there.

I just took some pictures if you want I can send them to you. I just did a drive by, very nice and nice cars in parking lot. I always think that says something about a place.
