Mostly people don't depend on a grocery in that spot. There are a Sweet Bay, two or three Publixes, a Winn Dixie and a soon-to-be Walmart Market within a mile or two to the S and W, and Publix and Sweet Bay down at McMullen-Booth and Enterprise Rd. The only reason to hazard 19 for groceries is Fresh Market.

I noticed the KFC a few weeks ago. Albertsons closed because Publix bought most of the Albertsons stores in Florida. I think the only one left in Pinellas is on Gulf to Bay in Clearwater. Publix relocated to a few old Albertsons stores, but I guess they didn't like the Countryside one and decided to stay put at 19/Sunset Point.
