One year. One thousand years. Our number isn't "coming up."

Not even close to what I am paying for my shoebox. My insurance is $742/yr through Citizens.

I have cleaned up this thread. Everyone is entitled to their opinion on an area however making blanket statements is not helpful. Not all of Pasco County is bad so be specific in your descriptions.

Post a link to back up your statements. If you state a specific area is crime ridden then post a link to the sheriff's website.. like this one
Subdivision Activity

Insurance rates have changed for the better in the last year so again be specific about your own experience and not what you think it is in todays market vs what it was several years ago.

Did you ever notice how when brought to task he narrows his area but then in the next thread he goes back to "all West Pasco is 2 bedroom shoeboxes full of drug dealers"?
Not everyone was as fortunate as he was and was able to live with mommy and daddy until their late thirties and then be able to sell mommy and daddies home and attempt investing in real estate how he did.
Some people actually had to earn their own keep and work their way up and if living in a 2 bedroom shoebox, how he so puts it, is a starting point then why should someone be looked down upon because they were not afforded the luxury of having money left to them like he was.
You have no clue what was left to me. My parents died broke and owing well more than 100k. The house they left me in Danashores was on a reverse mortgage, so again you have no clue.

Not really. Don't matter as i lived on the sawgrass and Ins would have cost me 16k a year for my big house. My small house in Westport would be $4200 a year not including flood Ins.

I can only go by what they would charge me.

No one would call that west Pasco half way thru the county. You have west Pasco to little road, then west cen Pasco, cen Pasco, then east cen Paso and east Pasco.

Even if you divided the county in 3 parts and had West, Central and East Pasco the majority of West Pasco would be east of US19. Even using your breakdown, which of course was made up to suit what your post was saying, the majority would still be east of US19.

Then again, according to your definition much of Hudson and Port Richey would not be in West Pasco.

You could also look at a map and see a large portion of the land west of US 19 is salt marsh and not inhabited but that would be too easy.
