That wasn't what you said and once again you just change up when proven wrong.
I thought you had me on ignore anyway?

I almost spit my drink on my monitor that was so funny.

It got in to a discussion about what west Pasco is since you were trying to say that the insurance for most of west Pasco was high because it was west of US19. You were wrong.

Not wrong. The cost of Ins in west pasco is by far the highest. Anyone that links up some kind fake map showing a line drawn a good 30 miles east of US19 and says that is where west Pasco ends really is living a dream.

John, each home can be vastly different in insurance cost even if they are right next to each other. You will need to have an address of the home and get quotes.

Chas because you change up what you say with each post it is impossible to have a rational discussion with you. I need to include 2 to 4 posts quoted so I can show where you change your train of thought along the way.

Pasco is also about 53 miles across, where I drew the line is about 20 miles from U.S.19. Most people I would think would consider anything West of the Suncoast, West Pasco, since you are talking 12 maybe 13 miles at the furthest point from the coast to the Suncoast and 10 miles up at the north end of the county. Certainly not just to Little road.

The OP mentioned Wesley Chapel, Land O Lakes, Odessa & Trinity. Your first post was, "Just stay away from west Pasco as it is very bad.", which is just a blanket statement and untrue.

I was dead right saying west Pacso is bad, other than a very few high price areas on the water, the rest is small rundown small 2bedroom homes. Even in very bad Westport there are about 6 small 2bedroom homes that are kept up nice. It's the renters that have killed the area. Since EMERALD POINTE is in Westport when a search comes up on crime reports it also is getting it's share of action on the Pasco Sheriff's site. Seems the druggies are going after the bigger homes since there is not much to steal in the rest of Westport.

Hoilday and Hudson also has more that it's fair share of crimes. You can paint a pretty pic if ya want, i see the area as it really is, nothing at all comapred to Danashores by a longshot.

Trinity, The Estates, Fairway Oaks, Thousand Oaks, Golden Acres, The Resrve at Golden Acres, Oakridge, Hidden lake. I can keep going, the list is huge.

These subdivisions go from the north end of the county to the south end. They are all within spitting distance of Little Rd even though west Pasco extends past Little Rd it seems to be the cut off you want to use. Go ahead and tell me these have small run down 2 bedroom homes in them so I can laugh at you again.

This also has nothing to do with Danashores, it is a thread about Pasco which you have very little knowledge of.

Pinellas County has a much higher population rate then Pasco. Most of Pinellas lower income housing are in highly urban areas. This is not a politically correct statement but till I visited Pasco I never saw such a huge demographic of poor uneducated while folk. Of course I've never been to West Virginia either! I remember the first time we were in Golden Coral on US 19 in Port Richey I thought we had died and gone to redneck hell!
