My wife is even more into 'hot chicks' than I am, so it's win/win.

Yes, we're driving. But we're on Staten Island, so the Veerrazano ($11 now) is already behind us!

I just finished a couple hours of tennis - and will likely get in a round of golf while the rest of the country digs out of snow. You've got to be an outdoors kind of person to appreciate FLA to the max.

Bucfan-
I enjoy golf, despite the fact that my skills could only accurately be described as 'blows chunks'. Haven't played that much since moving away from Florida, but have a new set of clubs that need more use!

PS... Also a Buc Fan lol. New Yorkers think me strange for that. They also think me strange when I talk in a southern accent, which I can turn on and off at will.

I don't understand why Florida has toll roads? New York has a much higher cost to maintain roads from having to plow and repair roads due to weather, but why does Florida have so many toll roads? I think Florida is one of the only states in the south to have them.

Hey DentalFloss, good luck with the move man. You won't regret it. I did the "escape from NY" thing 1 year ago and I love it here (well except for Algia).

Anyway, welcome and best of luck to you and yours!

Shouldn't this be in the New York forum if you are calling attention to New York State?
