Hello! I am looking for a new place to call home, but I'm having trouble finding it in Florida. Perhaps you can help me find it. I'm looking for:

A single story 3bedroom/2 bath home with mature trees that's within walking distance of a grocery, library, community pool, and restaurants with no CDD fees.

My price point is around 250K. Do you know of such a neighborhood?

Thank you for any help you can give me.

3/2 one story with 250k price point, mature trees, walkable.....Look in South Tampa area around 33611, 33616.(South of Euclid Ave between Himes Ave on the East and Westshore Blvd. to the West). Neighborhoods such as Bayside West, Fair Oaks/Manhatten Manor, Sun Bay South, Port Tampa. These neighborhoods have walkable convenience stores, and small retail like meat markets, fruit/vege stands, etc. Gandy Blvd is all grocery, gas stations, Target, Fast Food, etc. There is a City pool south of Gandy off Manhatten Ave near Robinson High School. Library's are on Manhatten Ave near Euclid Ave, and alos down in Port Tampa off Westshore/Commerce Blvd. There are also many HART bus lines(4,85,89,19,36)

Default A single home?

You most likely won't find a single 3/2/2 home there for 250k!!!

Why would you say such a thing? There are four for sale in my neighborhood alone(Bayside West), even less than 250k for a 3/1 and many more south of Gandy Blvd. Some have just car ports instead of a garage, but i didnt see that a garage was necessary. Here is a great link: Just plug in the prices and criteria, and click on the red flags for the "For Sale" homes.

Zillow - Real Estate Search Results

Look at this 5 year old house in Port Tampa for less than 250k...
Zillow - 7511 S West Shore Blvd, Tampa, FL 33616

The only thing about Zillow.com is that the house may not be exactly has it states(the ones for sale usually are, as are the newer homes), for example, my house showed on Zillow has a 2/1 at 1300sq ft, but it is a 4/2 at 1600sq ft(I had to update it). But I like the neighborhood and zipcode information.

Default Psst. A secret site...

to search is Military.com They have everything for sale there. Click real estate link and look around. Now, I'm not sure you have to be military to shop there but you do need someone in the military to post. My dad and stepdad were military as was my SO's dad so I was able to post our house4sale there for free.

You can update that stuff right? We saw a lot of examples of that in our old neighborhood. Zillow zestimates are on average very accurate, however there are cases when they can be 50-60% off ... usually though they are within 3% on average according to an article I read a couple of weeks ago.
