Default Cost range of a 2 bedroom apt?

of a relatively decent, safe area in the Tampa/St. Pete area where it's easy to park? It definitely does not have to be an "all white" area (or a family conservative town ).

I think we have more "safe" areas than Broward. Or we did when I moved here (from Broward) about 4 years ago. Rents went up dramatically here in the past 18 months.

I actually just rented a REALLY nice (all hard wood floors, new carpet, fireplace, etc) 2 bedroom in Tampa Palms for $1000 and I get 2 months free rent.....a lot of New Tampa/Tampa Palms have those specials right now. If you're interested, send me a PM and I can give you names. Oh, and there's free parking....but no where near St. Pete

You can get a 2bd apt in Pinellas Park for like 700$ - 850$ a month. Near Pinellas Park mall. Alot of deals to be had, just have to look around.

And that is 15 mins from tampa and 15 mins from St.pete... cant go wrong..
