Hi - We are seriously considering this asap! We have 6 questions that we just can't figure out.
1) What's the commute like (in real time) to Lakeland or Orlando?
2) Is the noise (in homes and with other residents) a problem?
3) Homes are expensive for area, negotiable given they are far from full?
4) If you own a villa, would you buy it again or opt for a home?
5) What model is best given I have a piano?
6) What is there really to do outside the gates? I've been a long time resident of Tampa Bay & know it's a trek to DT Tpa or the Beach no matter what they promote,.
7) Lastly, what about the expansion of 301 and the noise?

Thanks so much for taking time to answer these, PM me please.

Hello... I am going to try and help!

1) What's the commute like (in real time) to Lakeland or Orlando? Lakeland is probably 45minutes and Orlando at least 1 hr 15 mintes
2) Is the noise (in homes and with other residents) a problem?
3) Homes are expensive for area, negotiable given they are far from full? Everything is negotiable..willing buyers and willing sellers
4) If you own a villa, would you buy it again or opt for a home?
5) What model is best given I have a piano? I would def get a space planner and go see the properties available
6) What is there really to do outside the gates? I've been a long time resident of Tampa Bay & know it's a trek to DT Tpa or the Beach no matter what they promote,. - From here you can go to Apollo Beach in about 15-20 minutes. A little further down there is Bradenton and then Sarasota beaches. Also if you love to shop Ellenton is really close going South and also go to St. Pete across Sunshine Skyway bridge. Lots to do..
7) Lastly, what about the expansion of 301 and the noise? - Growth has it's advantages and disadvantages. They are building a wall to keep out the noise.
