Probably not. That's far enough south to where it isn't in the high-crime area, as far as I know.

It's not terrible, but it could be better.

If you go just a bit to the west, you'll be in Lakewood Estates, which is a very nice area. Have you looked there?

Although it maybe on the outskirts of St Petes rougher southside you'll have to be driving through the rough area on a regular basis if you want to go anywhere.,may or may not be important to you,just saying.
