Can they climb an aluminum fence? I just moved back to FL and Gators are my worst fear!! I too have a dog who wouldn't stay outside long but I would like to not have to eyeball him 100% of the time he is outside. I'm also on a retention pond. A neighbor verified she has seen a couple of gators in it

I know that some home owners on a pond put up a double white picket fence so the little kids and small pets couldn't be grabbed when limbs or a pet face would be in between the picket fence.

By making it a double one there is approx. two feet in between the fences that will prevent that from happening and I thought that was a super smart idea.
