Never heard of it. Should we care? What is it?

We were waiting for H&M. We lived in Europe when H & M started and took over another store chain and started and very soon after it was a store that was a huge hit.

I do have to say that some H&M are not very nice stores while others are great, it all depends on what your taste is. I hope that the H &M in IP will be the kind that we like, since it is more the upscale shops over there.

I love that dang place, nice quality clothes for cheap. This is a good one for Tampa...the H&M is in all the major cities around the planet.

I just looked at their website. Just what we need, another hipster store.

Looks like clothes for homeless people...

The more businesses that open around here, the better it is... more jobs, more demand for real estate, more revenue, more investment, etc.

So H&M coming to Tampa is definitely good news.

I wish them much luck and success. I remember being a bit shocked two years ago when hhgregg opened 7 stores here in a down economy. As far as I know, they're doing very well.

We use to live in London and my wife loved H&M over there, since we moved to Kansas City she was disappointed that there wasn't one there. We went to New York at the start of the year and she made a bee line for H&M, it was like watching a kid in a candy store.

You should be happy -- she is going to be able to buy her clothes at about 1/3 the price she is currently paying.

I'm a guy and I spend several hundred bucks a year at H&M when I visit them in other cities. T-shirts are $4 each. Nice dress shirts and shorts are $15-20. I can restock my closet every year for a pittance.

And for people that complain that the clothes won't last 10 years? I don't need them to, because I just paid only $15 for the shirt!
