Default NEED: to rent a commercial kitchen

I want to start a small dessert business and am looking for a commercial kitchen to rent once or twice a week for a couple hours. I have contacted a bunch of places but no one seems to be doing this anymore. Does anyone have or know of a business that does this?

I might suggest Bailey's on Davis Island. They're only open half of the week, the other days they might consider renting their kitchen when they're not catering.

Since the new Cottage Law passed, a lot of people are looking for space. You didn't say where you are, but you can call the county small business information center; they maintain lists of all the places available. I remember recently that Nicola's in Carrollwood was offering their bakery space in the afternoon.
