Ah, thanks JeepGirl, yea I should really see if I like this area and get a rental somewhere. I was told Palm harbor is a goood location, this particular unit is right off tampa rd. I guess I should keep looking around and rent somewhere. Any suggestions? I was thinking ph, clearwtr, or maybe st pete ( some areas look undesirable). I have been through all these areas and some parts of tampa and really liked the dunedin, ph area along with parts of clearwater. The condos are very affordable i think so I really should look into buying soon and not sure I want to be stuck with a lease for 7 months. Anyways, thanks for the encouragement. I understand that area is more yuppie and moving but location wise I was not feeling the vibe. I prefer a little more laid back near the beach feel. Thanks again
