Default Houses: New and Old, Cost About The Same

in the area stretching from Wesley Chapel to FishHawk, have been looking for a long time for a house to buy.
only lately i have noticed that in some areas new houses cost pretty much the same as new. Brandon, for instance. or Gibsonton, or Ruskin.
in Seven Oaks of Wesley Chapel and in FishHawk there is a difference, but not that much.

i am working from home, so commute time is not a consideration. schools are.

thinking VALUE and GROWTH what area is the best?
yes, i do think about this purchase in terms of investment, among other considerations.

and which builders are the best?

i need an advice. making this decision is difficult for me. every input will be very much appreciated.

well i would say if your looking for investment I would go where its cheaper at the moment which would be wesley chapel area. When the economy starts going again, its just expanding out. There is still a LOT of land out that way to grow and the area has already grown a lot as far as stores go.

Brandon area isnt growing much anymore, its already huge (of course there will be SOME growth, just not like the newer areas)therefore I would assume that its value wont go up like wesley chapel or other less dense areas.
