I've been looking online at condo's and townhouses in preparation for my semi-retirement.

A large percentage emphasis their shuffleboard layouts.

Now, I suspect back in the 1960's this may have been the "in thing" for retirees, but for the live of me I can't see them being a hot attraction in today's world.

Why do realtors think this is a selling feature? To me it is a waste of good space that should be converted to a native plant garden, or even a tennis court.

Thoughts?

A big eyesore, imo. Doubt if they get much play. Tennis courts have become the same way - especially hard court surfaces (not hardtru/clay). Shows the age of the condo. I think they should rip them out and replace with something more pleasing to look at.
