Default Tampa Palms

We're moving to New Tampa and considering homes in Tampa Palms. What are the general differences between the neighborhoods? Asbury, Huntington, The Reserve, etc.

Are some neighborhoods more upscale/exclusive or are million dollar homes in the same section as homes 300K? Do families with young kids live more in one place versus others?

Thanks.

I'm new to the area, but the areas seem to blend together to me (I live in Tampa Palms, am in New Tampa in 2 minutes)......both are very family oriented... and yes, there are upscale areas
