Hey everyone. I had a chance to visit a development in Tampa a few months ago, the Equestrian Parc, and kind of liked the development. Prices seemed right, most units already had a tenant (which IS what Im looking for - an investment property) and seemed to be well taken care of.
This was presented to me though a canadian company (FHF) but Im trying to find out other similar developments in Tampa that would fit the bill. Essentially, Im looking for 1 or 2 bedrooms, from 600sf to 1200 sf, HOA fees no more than 300.00 per month.
If someone can point out the names of a few developments, I would certainly appreciate it.

Thanks.

Beware of condos in New Tampa that are 30K. Lots of problems with them. Also you need to find out if they have Chinese drywall. We have a few realtors here maybe one of them can help you

Happy to be wrong, but you CANNOT find a decent condo for 30k /NOT A STUDIO. Please post or DM ASAP if you do.

We're not going to do your investment research for you, but in the past year there have been many opportunities to buy decent 1 BR condos in that price range. One example that I will share with you since it has been discussed in this Forum is Itopia in NE St Pete.

There are real estate services that you can subscribe to that will give you better information than this forum. If you are serious in making a purchase, that might be a good avenue to explore.

I'm looking at only 2 BR and larger. Yes, I did see itopia. A One BR not a good idea, imo. Thanks for the research.

30 grand may get you one in the hood or one that is destroyed or has chinese drywall, nothing worth owning.

You may consider renting if that's all you can afford...

Im not really looking for the very low end ones, as they sure are prone to have problems. My budget is around 75k, but 50k would be my sweet spot.
