We only collect our Country Club rec fees, we get a bill each month, it does show sales tax. We just cut them a check for the amount of the bill and send it to them. A resident wants to use the sales tax for his tax return this year. Who would be responsible for the break down of this tax. Us or the country club? Thanks for any help!!

I would call the county clerk since you only get the bill but you could figure it out if you use the HOA fees for the payment. If you have 100 homes who pay HOA fees then the total for the year was $800.00 then he can claim $8.00 for sales tax.
