The insane growth stopped. The amount of for sale/forclosure signs I used to see everywhere have drastically gone down. All the houses that didnt have people living in them now at least have renters taking care of the yard somewhat. It hasnt changed drastically, so much as stopped a downward spiral. Dont see as many people at stoplights wanting my money anymore either.
