Once the gulf temp gets above 83 out T-storm machine will turn on. I dread the reverse west wind flow we will be stuck in all summer.

Some people are getting some good rain now, just like our old classic southeast windflow pattern we used to see start up in June many years ago.

For me this forum is the only place I can interact with others that hate Florida as much as I do. I get a feeling of relief when others relate to me. Most of the people I encounter outside my door like it here. They're outside in my courtyard with their arms up like a little angel, commenting on how wonderful the 70+ degree dew point feels. And I usually just nod in agreement and let their mouth run its course. I was visiting Phoenix, AZ last week and I will say it was comforting talking to the locals who for the most part, didn't care for Florida.

Anyone who actually enjoys the insane summer dewpoints around here for more than, say, a week straight is out of their mind (or high).

Our summer is a reverse Canadian winter. And based on the already-warm temps, we're gonna be frying eggs on the sidewalk come June.

Global warming ... yep, must be. Pretty soon, the only thing left in Florida will be the top of tallest spire of the Magic Kingdom castle.
