If you are looking to buy, try to avoid anything south of Kennedy. During the summer you never know if you need a car or boat to get home. Bad flood zone, I was so happy when I got transferred out of that area. I drove my husbands truck to work during certain times of the year. Go North.

Most of N. Nebraska Ave isn't a great neighborhood, especially considering it runs right through a high-crime area called Sulphur Springs. There's a peice of N. Armenia Ave north of W. Busch Blvd. in an area called Forest Hills that is actually a nice quiet low crime neighborhood but with without being uber high-end expensive.

Yes I do live in that area.. and I know they are not all near each other, I live Ehrlich and Dale Mabry are near each other looool...
I live near Seminole Heights, Comparing the depths of that too Dale Mabry is just stupid..
Saying Nebraska is bad is like saying Citrus Park is bad..
South St. Pete is not a place for tourist but you are more then safe at the day time as long as you are not leaving a money trail..
Too me Tampa is the whole area and I say I live in that area because I do.
