I would say Palm Harbor. I live there and it a very nice place. Very family friendly. Stay away from Pasco county.

jettieso is on a distinguished road
South Tampa. Beach Park, sunset park, palma ciea, bayshore beatiful, davis and harbor island, hyde park. Basically the pennisula south of kennedy. We live in 33629 and love the schools, low crime rate, convenience, water, and the awesome shopping, nightlife, and family community. 33629, 33606, 33616, 33611, 33609 I think these cover it.
