Some of these posts have me shaking my head. What in the world would people do if their toilet leaked for 2 days when they were away from home...move out??? I'd venture to guess that hardly anyone turns off the water for a weekend away and this could have happened to anyone. Floridagirl, it's unfortunate what happened but getting so many new updates for the same price sounds like a good thing to me.

Just wanted to pop in with another update on our house in case other people are considering buying a home that has had some kind of water damage as we did. We have been in our house since the beginning of September and have not had any issues with mold crop up. The house still smells brand-new! Just wondering … how long would it take for us to notice issues related to mold? So far, everything has been great.
