Just so y'all know, Water's Edge was built on Native American burial grounds, it's just disgraceful that such sacred ground would be home to a bunch of rich douchebags, I live near the front of Moon Lake and yes, us Moonlakers protect our own because PCSO won't do a darn thing. If you don't like it then move away because we don't want you anyway.

I wonder if you are still there and if the area and reputation or either, has improved

It's still a rough/trashy sh*t hole.
If you drive through the area you'll see for yourself and also have a 50/50 chance of PCSO canine giving your car a sniff. In "normal" places they'd need probable cause to do such a thing but since it's a "known drug area" they can at anytime and to anyone they please that's in the area.
Area is known for white supremacist's, skin heads, white trash. The drugs are mostly meth and pills, mainly meth.
Look up Jimmy James in Pasco on FB, him and his mom live there and post live videos on FB of there encounters w/ the police lol. Kinda like there own wanna be Live PD which is also filmed a lot in the area.
