FloridaKash I think you're exactly right. I also think that after the RNC exposure and CNN ranking my town Riverview as one of the top 100 best places to live in 2012, we are about to see explosive growth. Some welcomed and some not but nonetheless, I am excited and glad that I live here!

I hope this article is correct. I remember similar articles in late 1990s early 2000s. During the reconstruction of I-4 from 275 to 75, the entire corridor was suppose to be a booming corridor for tech companies and was dubbed "silicon alley." Of course, when the .com bubble burst, that all fell through.
