We are looking for a home in the Valrico or Plant City, Florida area, and have found a possible candidate in the Meadow Woods Reserve development in Valrico. I was curious about parking restrictions in the community, however, since the driveway in one home there seemed pretty short...not long enough to hold our Ford F150 without overlapping the sidewalk, and the streets seemed too narrow for street parking. Can't find their deed restrictions on line, as I could with some neighborhoods in Walden Lake, Plant City. Does anyone have any information about Meadow Woods?

No HOA/Deed Restricted community anywhere allows street parking mainly because of the emergency vehicles that might be driving through. For one, second, you can ask a realtor what is the company managing the community's HOA, and ask them for their by laws.

Or Google "Meadow Woods HOA"
