True in some areas. In FK's field he might find something.

I have already alerted the head hunters I used last time. I have a few appointments to talk with them on Monday. I'll check out that USAJOBS place as well.

I know what the OP is feeling, I got laid off 12/31. I was lucky in the fact that I had a 6 week notice. Unfortunelty I couldn't land another gig here so I am having to move back to Ga. I did interview for a few places here but the only company that had an opening that was in my niche wanted to pay about 1/2 of what I am used to getting paid. In Ga, I am still taking pretty big paycut but I am going back to a company I worked for in the past so I already know people, the company culture and the area that I am moving too. I am sure the OP knows how to job hunt, I will say though that people with PM or PMO backgrounds seem to be in pretty high demand.

Thanks everyone. Thanks to those which have contacted me directly, via PM. Also, thank you to those that are offering their help and keeping a lookout for me. You guys are great. Time to start dropping applications. Wish me luck! OH... you guys already did.

Exactly, dragging our state down. These are mainly the employers who moved here for the "lower taxes/no snow" scenarios!
