I'm willing to bet they have one house shown in my neighborhood in Palm Harbor. We are lucky enough to live in probably one of the most unique and premier neighborhoods in Palm Harbor.

What makes it unique? Is it the style of homes?

Anyway, I'll be sure to pay attention!

Extremely heavily and densely landscaped, private park, private waterfront nature sanctuary/park with boat access and slips, supreme location, etc. It is basically like living in a vacation resort.

Thanks Prius, I've made a note to myself to remember to record it tonight! I love House Hunters and have never been to Palm Harbor, even though I am right over the bridge here in Riverview. Anyways, looking forward to checking Palm Harbor out.

Well, I don't know if ours will be on there. I thought it would be neat if it was. We are in the $300's to $1 million range in the overall development and I am not sure if that is the range the couple on the upcoming show are in. I know we got a notice from our association saying to watch the show....so who knows.
