Have they raised their CUSTOMER CHARGE?

Am seeing a $15 monthly charge and remember it was $10.

Instead of complaining like the above poster, I will explain it to you. Your monthly customer charge is based on your annual usage, and is noted by your rate class on your bill.

RS-1 -- 0-99 therms/yr -- $12/mo
RS-2 -- 100-249 therms/yr -- $15/mo
RS-3 -- 250-1999 therms/yr -- $20/mo

Depending on my pool heater usage during the year, I move back and forth from the RS-2 to RS-3 rate classes. It looks like you have moved into RS-2.

Be grateful you don't have Heritage Propane...your "winter" bill could be $488 like ours was back in 2008...and we barely ran anything.....The highest we got from TECO was $62
