i see some nice rentals in the lake area, is this area a HOA, they all describe themselves as lake bernadette. or is it diffrent depedning on the street it is on.

They put their budget online. I've never seen this before. Is this common? It seems like most HOAs operated under extreme secrecy.

OP, there isn't really a way to answer your question. In real estate, people sometimes claim a property is associated with a prestigious area when the property isn't really in that area. If you're looking at individual listings, it just comes down to the honesty of the lister.

Lake Burnadette is a nice area, but there is an HOA and pretty strict rules. There is an older area and a newer area.Some of the homes in the older area have larger yards. Two dog max.

thanks looks like an HOA with that budget posted, not a fan of hoa rules some are good most are a pain in the butt

It seems more investors are buying there. We sold some in there and rented it out for the owner. There was no HOA application required which is nice specially since we conduct background checks on all people.
