Isn't Myerlake in the ICOT Center.
I think it is all businesses back there, no apartments.
It's been a few years for me so I could be wrong.

I don't think a bus goes up Icot Blvd off Ulmerton so even if you got an apartment right off Ulmerton you still would have quite a walk.
There are a bunch of apartments around there just try apartments.com

There are brand new apartments that were just built across the street from Myerlake circle. My hubby works at Bic Graphic which is on Myerlake so I will try to find out from him what they are called. He will check on the way home hopefully

Hi Again Bravjaa,

The name of the apartment complex is Alta Largo and this is a link to Apartment Finder.

Alta Largo in FL - Apartments for rent | ApartmentFinder.com

It has prices and floor plans to give you a better idea of the place. The area down the street is not good but the apartment complex looks really safe. Maybe you can sign a 7 month lease until you can get a car

Thanks again Mike. Yeah it seems to be lil far. How about Roosevelt blvd? is it closer to MYERLAKE CIR. It says 5 min of driving. Do you think it's safe to walk? at least for 2 weeks until I get used to the place & rent or buy a car

I'm not certain that Roosevelt has sidewalks, maybe some one can confirm?
What about looking for a private rental in Feather Sound area?
I'm thinking Audobon, they are condo conversions and I am sure there are some to rent.
Try st pete times on line edition. It's a nice spot, and walkable to publix and some places to eat and drink, plus a panera right there too.
You can pick up a bus to get you along Ulmerton.

Thanks a lot. It will definitely help me out I understand that the shortest lease would be for 7 months? and is the rent is negotiable or usually fixed?

Ask them what specials they have going right now or what the lowest is they will go. There are places everywhere w/ open units and they don't have to know that you don't have a car right now and need to be super close. It is the only one in that area and it really is just crossing the street for you to get to work. They might have a $99 move in special or something. I will look around and see if I can find out anything else that will help you. Good Luck!

Who are you going to be working for or is it a secret right now?
