Default Mold Testing....
Hi all,

Does anyone know a local company (not to $$$$$$) that tests for mold? I have been reading about it a lot lately and I really want to test the house.

yeah, will spates in clearwater. can't think of name of company. google will spates. he is excellent. has tested 3 homes for us. if i can find name of co. i'll repost.

They are trained, certified and licensed. Don't call just anybody or you'll get ripped off.

Before you go all out, go to home depot & get a mold testing kit. It will grow spores within 24 hours. This is the most cost effective method.

Florida is a mold state. You are bound to have it in your home sooner or later.
