guess you're right - didn't think about the premeditation. Just because he got the wrong guy, doesn't make the crime less heinous......on second thought, maybe it does.

The intent is transferred. I don't think it makes it less premeditated that he got the wrong guy. Hope they put a needle in this dude's arm.

One thing will speaks for this murdering son of a b...., he turned himself in!

Is that proof he didn't know what he did to get. An insanity defense or to claim he was under the influence and didnt know...

I agree, one needle and we can move on and Rick Scott is right, it needs to go faster...

I didn't get how killing not the wrong guy could make this story different. There is no excuse for killing. Period. What an idiot.

it is but it isnt, there are things up north that people do that are crazier (in regards to passing and running red lights), but the threat of road rage is way worse down here, glad you can keep a calm head

It is, however, odd that it's not in South Florida as it often is.

Again, there's a difference between pulling over, getting into a fight, and shooting someone, vs. taking out a gun and shooting at people doing 70mph (wait, it's Tampa) 85mph down a freeway loaded with other, innocent, people.

Why even bother, you know everything is through rose colored glasses on the Florida boards
