My parents are coming to visit for Thanksgiving and want to also take a look at some villas. Where can we locate some nice villas in Pinellas County, north of Gulf to Bay? Pricing? A senior community would be best.

Thx in advance.

For price, quality of neighborhood and location you can't beat East Lake Woodlands in my opinion. Villa style options go around 150K-175K for a two/three bedroom. If they can deal with a nice one level, ground floor condo anywhere from 80K to 100K for a two bedroom/two bath provides a lot of options. Here's a good example (hopefully it's okay to give them, it's not mine!):

109 Lakeside Ct, Oldsmar, FL 34677 - Home For Sale and Real Estate Listing - realtor.com®

Thx

They do no want a condo style. They much prefer the type where you have you own individual small house (separate walls).

I am trying to do an online search, but can't seem to define the parameters to actually come up with what they want, without getting a ton of other homes.

Do your search on Highland Lakes. That might work. I know some good folks who love their villa. Sorry, that I don't have more time to expand on the community right now.

Mission Hills in Clearwater, Winding Woods in Countryside, are some of the ones I like around here.

Thx everyone. We have a nice little list now to show them. I doubt they will move down, but they keep thinking about it. Maybe this time will be the time.
