I think he's referring to some residential property in St Pete with Massachusetts (street, ave, blvd) in the address.

How is it rude road trip? Your reply is rude to anyone asking a question.

Just asking how the area is near Massachusettes avenue and overlook drive? If too complicated fo ryou, no need to rudely reply. REALLY.

To answer the question:

Yes, Massachusetts Ave NE and Overlook Dr NE are in a very nice area of Venetian Isles and Shore Acres/Snell Isle. Massachusetts splits up - one-half is on Venetian Isles, and all of those properties are waterfront starting at about $400k. The inland properties are still a decent neighborhood. It's on my running path, so I go past there frequently. Overlook ranges from nice to very nice, with large lot sizes and some waterfront. If it is a concern, Overlook gets a lot of traffic so your kids couldn't play in the street. On Massachusetts in Venetian Isles, the street dead-ends, so the only people you will ever see are your neighbors.

You are also a <5 minute drive or a 10 minute bike ride from downtown.

That neighborhood (Venetian/Shore Acres/Snell Isle) is one of the older but nicer ones in the city, and the only downsides are some street flooding (flooding is on a street-by-street basis: some do, some don't) and cell phone service. The cell service is really, really bad. I make and receive cell calls over my wi-fi because I can only get one bar of signal on a good day.

??????

I responded initially because I was interested in answering a question if it related to my state (Massachusetts). If you were to follow my posts, you'd see I poke fun of myself alot with my "blonde moments" so the knock was not at the OP. And a couple of the comments following mine were all in fun, at least that's how I took it.
