Thanks, it was a beautiful day. I felt sorry for the scared Golden Retriever. His human (wearing a red cap) is holding him in one of the pictures.

My family and I like to get in the car and "get lost", so we end up discovering great back roads and things you wouldn't normally stumble upon while in Florida. I'll try and remember to come back and share as much as I'm able.

Trinity, FL

Starkey Wilderness Park

Room With a View (Tampa General Hospital)

Tarpon Springs, FL

Pasco County Park (unsure)

Off the Howard Frankland Bridge

Spring Hill Cemetery

Time to spam this thread with a bunch of pictures I took the other day! Hope y'all enjoy!

Me at The Refinery, enjoying a beer.

Ybor City, Blind Tiger Cafe.

Ybor City, Gaspar's Grotto.

Cleaner shot down 7th from Gaspar's.

Statue of Vicente Martinez-Ybor, founder of Ybor City.

Let me get artsy with it.

Ybor City mural.

7th Ave, Ybor City.

Ybor City welcoming.

During Jim Crow, this was the site of the "blacks only" Cuban Club.

Bust of Jose Marti.

Full statue of Jose Marti at Jose Marti Park in Ybor City. The only Cuban piece of land that an American citizen can step foot on without a tour guide (as of this post).

Jose Marti Park, Ybor City

Vicente Martinez-Ybor's cigar factory. Current home of the Church of Scientology. Ybor City.

Me beside the Tampa Convention Center, getting some video for Exploring Tampa.

The Garrison Channel, and the reason I don't typically use my GoPro for photos. Downtown.

Out front of the Tampa Convention Center. Downtown.

One of the many streetcar stations among downtown and Ybor. Downtown.

One of my artsy photos of the streetcar. Downtown.

Shot of a hotel downtown.

Amalie Arena. Channelside.

Amalie Arena. Channelside.

Nice shots. Thx for taking the time to share them. As people can see, the area already offers more than little ole Raleigh....as quaint as it is. Imagine when the current plans are finished. Wow!

I am in the process of trying to get an interview or statement or something from the Channelside committee. I'm trying hard to make my podcasts more important. It's a struggle.
