My boyfriend and I are looking to rent a house. We found the perfect one online. They posted pictures, but they are dated from 2011. They are working on the house right now and we won't be able to see for at least another week. They are cleaning the carpets and painting the walls. The area is a very good area. We currently live with his parents and the stress of living with them is starting to affect our well-being personally. Would it be a bad idea to go ahead and move into the house without seeing the current interior?

I'd never sign a lease without seeing the place, ever.

nobody said sign a lease, hold it.. $100... they like the house n in a good area. drop a $100 check and see what you can see from the street. I have rented undone places and they have been my best-- and they renting- not buying.
