I am planning on relocating to tampa in the next year. I run a home based business that has no foot traffic or anything disturbing; online sales. I was wondering if anyone knows of any apartments that allow for businesses that do not cause disturbances. Thanks!

well, i wanted to have all of my bases covered legally. Some counties & cities require "permission slips" from landlords/ rental companies before approving a business license. So, I was hoping someone in the area may know of any apartments that allow business.

I would recommend you get a private mail box (like UPS Store) and use that as your registered business address. This gives you an extra level of privacy, shielding you from bad guys and snoopers.

Thank you roadtrip, I was already planning on using a PMB for the registered address..I was just concerned with breaking the terms in the lease with an apartment on "business activity". I know that some apartments will allow your business activity if you are not bothering anyone else but i didn't want to have to go through the complete process of calling and asking individual places about how strict their "business activity" policies are! If anyone knows of any apartments that I could start with that may be flexible in that department..I would love suggestions. Thanks!
