I'm looking for any suggestions on apartments in the Tampa area....

I'm looking for a place with the following:

Clean - no bugs

Safe area

Not too big of a complex-
also not filled with college kids

Modern, fresh vibe

Cost- $650 or $700 (I only need a studio or 1 bedroom)

What area do you want to live in? I live in Tampa Palms - and my apt complex (Amberly Place) has 4 different 1 bedroom apts. The smaller one would be in your price range. I do live close to USF, however where I am at - I never heard any partying at all. Even when i walk my dog, I never hear anything. I've been here for 3 yrs now, and it's a nice complex. It's a little dated compared to other complexes, but that doesn't bother me. I like the layout in my apt and I like how it is close to 75 and 275. The only thing is though it is a huge complex (770 units) but since it's so spread out - you don't feel like you are on top of each other.

You won't hear anything like partying in Tampa- most go get drunk at a bar, but not a neighborhood type of place. Have yet to see anyone sit out on their lanai or screend in patio. in 7 yrs of apt. living here.

I appreciate the responses, & I'm pretty glad there are places that aren't a party environment. I'm going to definitely check out the apartments that were suggested....I figure I'll be out there maybe in December, to get a feel for these places. Any other ideas ya'll have would be totally appreciated.....

That's definitely a place I'll be looking into.
The only thing I couldn't find on there are prices, so I'll be calling.
Thanks

Unfortunately, that's way beyond your budget. One bedroom apartments at The Sedona are like $1100/month.
