P.S if we would most want to live on a canal or an intercoastal where would you guys suggest? Tampa is so large Im feelinig a little overwhelmed. I just cant be on an island in the middle of the country due to the need for employment.

Mirabay gives you the canals and access by boat to Tampa Bay. PM any questions or to get my phone number to talk about it if you like.

What I meant was in the middle of a rural area. In the midwest, where Im from, we call rural areas -- the country.
