new to brooksville, got a green notice on my lawn can i just throw this out? i rent so does it matter?

Just paint it green, with the lack of rain it's a wonder anyone can have green grass.

lol i typed that wrong, code enformcent put a green letter on my yard with a stake in ground, can i toss this its the landlord issue not mine

can i get in trouble for tossing it, i don't talk to the man just mail a check every month

I don't know the legalities, but. say the landlord ends up getting fined or whatever... Then finds out afterwards that a notice or whatever is posted at the property and you didn't tell him about it... If I were the landlord, I'd be pretty pissed off.

Do you really need the conflict? What's the big deal about letting the landlord know? Make a phone call or stick the notice in an envelope and mail it to where you send the check. Why make more of this than you have to?
