Want to tell us where there arent chains? That is why they are chain stores. They are everywhere.
There buying power results in lower prices to the consumer.

The small independent retailer can't match the prices or the selection of a chain store. So goes life
in the USA.

Plenty of "culture" here already and if you think a restaurant provides culture there is no reason to discuss it further with you.

If you are insinuating that there aren't non-chain restaurants here you are truly mistaken and ignorant on the situation and again, there would be no reason to discuss it further with you.

That's awesome news for you guys! I am jealous! I wish we could get some development like that going on down here in Riverview! We were supposed to have our mall SouthShore Commons break ground in 2012 and they still havent and still havent been able to find tenants to sign up, which I find hard to believe. Our area is full of upper and middle class families that would definitely support the businesses and are MORE than eager for them. We're all tired of having to go to Brandon for everything! Things are doing well all around us but Big Bend Rd continues to wait for some more shopping options and restaurants while surrounding towns move right along
