So i am looking at a job in northwest Tampa near W. Hillsborough Ave. Any good suggestions on apartments that are close by? I was looking at Palm Harbor or Clearwater to live but not sure if I would be killing myself with that commute.

My budget would be around 1500/month and I would like s safe quiet place (dont we all).

Suggestions?

Palm Harbor/Countryside (NE Clearwater) would be a good fit, especially if you want safe/quieter. Your budget certainly fits. Check out the McMullen Booth Rd/East Lake Rd corridor which has all the conveniences and is an easy commute via SR580.

****Oops...edit. I missed your question regarding specific communities. Check out Sabal Palm at Boot Ranch, The Bentley at Cobbs Landing and Lansbrook Village.

$1500 for how many bedrooms?

Carrollwood, Westchase or Oldsmar.

Would prefer a 2 BR/2BA place. I am mid 40s so dont need or want the young persons single scene. Just a nice semi luxury place that I can not worry about while I get the lay out of the land.
